Biography Stephanie Backstrom Bee Ready, LLC Founder & Chief Executive Officer Stephanie Backstrom is a performance & results coach and Chief Executive Officer of BEE Ready, a placement and development company. Bee Ready’s coreservices are Performance Improvement, Career Development, and Professional Placements. Ms. Backstrom graduated from GMI Engineering & Management Institute, with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. She has held various engineering, quality, and management positions at Ford Motor Company, Harley Davidson, General Motors, Medtronic, and Mercedes Benz. Ms. Backstrom is a member of the PowerBar Elite Team, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, The National Society of Black Engineers, Black Professional Coaches Alliance and certified by the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America.
